The following menus from 1960 represent the three meals served in the Dining Room every day, and demonstrates the wide selection of dishes available to passengers (and some crew members fortunate enough to have an "IN" with the Chef.  The Farewell Dinner marked the final dinner on board prior to the ship reaching Wellington and passengers disembarking.  The Breakfast menu for 14 April may well have been the first breakfast that passengers experienced after setting sail from England.
